Aquana by Flow Remedies is a stand-alone series of crystal essences with added channeled energy. The theme is centered around the energy of Mary Magdalene and the Divine Feminine, and it aims to bring back the Divine Feminine energy and balance it out with Divine Masculine energy so you can access both optimally.

The series consists of 20 essences in two storage boxes, a booklet and a card deck that represents the essences. You can use the card deck as a tool to select essences and to support working with the essences. Working with these essences in order provides an initiation path into the Magdalene energy, which you can work through multiple times. After the first round of working with them in order, you can do another round, but you can also use the card deck, the optional test set or another method to (randomly) select an essence to work with.

This energy work tool is both gentle and powerful. It represents living from the heart, following your heart, discovering your path in life, combined with inner strength, resilience and standing up for what is right. One of the assignments that came with this series (in addition to pushing me way out of my comfort zone and asking me to create a card deck, that is :)) was that I need to perform an energy check before giving access to this series. This is because these essences are pretty powerful and you need to be truly ready for what they bring. That requires some experience with energy healing and already having worked on clearing your energy field and opening your heart center to a certain point.
