In short, Flow Crystal Essences are the energy of crystals, retained in water and conserved with alcohol, brandy in this case. Preparation and use are similar to making and using flower essences. The crystals are thoroughly cleansed energywise and then put in mineral water. After a while, usually a bit more than a week, the water is taken and conserved. We now have our mother essence. From the mother essence the stock essences are made by taking a 30 ml bottle of brandy and adding part of the mother essence. The stock bottles are the bottles you use to prepare dosage bottles.

You may be thinking 'oh, alright, but HOW does it work? Can it work?' Yes it can! Everything on earth is basically very dense energy that has its own energy field with its own vibration. Not just living creatures, but objects as well. All are made out of energy if you analyse them down to the smallest parts. Then there's water, which has the ability to retain energy and to adopt the vibration of its surroundings, or of the flower or crystal you put in it. Add to that that the human body is 70 percent water and it all makes a lot more sense.

The beauty of vibrations is that they can influence each other, like the way you can eliminate sound waves by transmitting opposite soundwaves. You can use vibrations to either strengthen or neutralize other vibrations.

The human energy field is called the aura. The aura is composed of several layers of energy, all with their own properties. Closest to the body are the energy double, mental and emotional layers. The energy in the aura is maintained and distributed by the chakras. They are energy centres that lie in a line in the middle of the body.

Repressed emotions, traumas and energetic pollution can cause the energy in the aura to become stagnant or blocked. This can cause blocks, parts of the aura where the energy balance has been upset, which in turn can cause mental and/or physical discomfort.

Vibrational remedies like Flow Crystal Essences are very suitable to try and dissolve those blocks with. They give a certain stimulus to your energy system, and the vibration of the block, that can over time help to dissolve that block. This can take a while, because something that has built up over years won't disappear in a few weeks or even months. You could say that every time you use the essences, your system gets a little push towards its natural balance.

Vibrational remedies, however beneficial they may be, can never replace regular medical treatment. What they are is a good addition to it, helping you to cope with your situation and chipping away at the inbalances that may have caused it.
