Loosen Up helps you to become more flexible-minded, so you can lose the tendency to cling to one solution only and look at things from different angles.
The crystals this essence is made with nearly all have the reputation of being beneficial for aching joints, providing they are the physical expression of an inflexible mental attitude. During the test period some improvement was noted, but not enough to ascribe it to the essence, though.
It is advised to drink at least 2 litres of water a day when using this essence, as it will help the cleansing process.
NOTE: this combination contains Equilibrium (malachite) and it is strongly discouraged to use this when you have problems with your kidneys, liver or similar organs.
