Blue Eyes has proven to be very good to use as a searching essence. A searching essence helps you if you don't know where to start. It points the finger at the sore spot, so you become aware of it. Using Blue Eyes as searching essence means you will be taking just this essence for a while until you feel you have gained enough insight in your thought and behavioural patterns to start choosing the essences to help you work on them.
