Bright Light brings light into the darkness and alleviates depression. Clears the mind and helps put your thoughts in order. It strengthens the aura and restores the balance between the body and the mind.
This is a cleansing essence with a positive, activating energy. It is advised you drink some extra water when you use this essence, as it will help the cleansing process.
Bright Ligth is a good follow-up to the Dark and Light, to balance out the darker energy of the obsidian essence. You can also use Bright Light to 'amplify' other essences, sometimes they need a little extra push and this is the essence that does the trick.
